Refund and Returns Policy

At Living Stones, every item is handcrafted with care and devotion, using authentic olive wood and other traditional materials from the Holy Land. Because of the unique and handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or design are to be expected and are considered part of the item’s authenticity rather than defects.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@livingstones.ps with photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa or MasterCard through Lahza – Bank of Palestine).
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. International Orders

Since most of our sales are shipped internationally, please ensure that your country allows the import of religious artifacts and wooden products before ordering. We are not responsible for delays or restrictions caused by customs regulations.

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us at info@livingstones.ps with your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with the next steps.
